Where can I park it?
Each city/town/municipality has their own unique bylaws. You can look up your local bylaws or ask at your local city hall. Some cities allow laneway housing or multiple dwellings on single titles. Rural properties sometimes rent space and campgrounds are also an option.
Can I Finance My Tiny Home?
All of our tiny homes are CSA Certified Z240RV, which means they qualify for financing (OAC.) Please speak to a Brand Ambassador at your local dealer for details.

How big are they?
Our models vary in length to accommodate a variety of needs and budgets. Please visit each model individually to verify specific measurements.
How do I move it?
Please see specific towing information for each home. A one-ton truck is usually sufficient however for some larger units, you may need to hire a commercial towing company.
Why not just buy an RV?
Our tiny homes are built like conventional homes, with high quality materials that are designed to last and feel like home. Unlike most RVs, our tiny homes are built for Canadian winters and summers, making them efficient to heat in the winter and keep cool in the summer.
What do I need for services?
This will vary based on the site location as well as your model specifications. Our tiny homes require a power supply, water, and sewer/septic. For water, a garden hose will do. Sewer/Septic will depend on the site, whether it’s hooked up to municipal sewer or septic. You will also need a graded and level spot to park the home—preferably a concrete pad, but packed gravel will work just as well. The electrical power source needed to supply the tiny home is 50 amp, 110/240 volts.
Can I Insure My Tiny Home?
Yes! You are able to get full insurance coverage for your tiny home through any large insurance provider such as Hub or Aviva.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, we offer a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty on all craftsmanship in the home, refer to the manual for full details. There are options to purchase additional protection through the dealership, please speak to your brand ambassador for details. Appliances and trailer are covered by individual manufacturer warranties, please see warranty registration documents provided in the home owner’s manual.
